Johnny is an award winning British property developer and investor with over 25 years of experience in the London Real Estate market. In the last 5 years he has acquired circa £400m of development land in central London, much of which has re-positioned and sold on. He is focused on deal origination, brand building and adding value through an entrepreneurial approach to Real Estate Development.
A Chartered Accountant with over 13 years’ experience in the London Real Estate market with a focus on development land trading. David overseas the development, structuring and financing of all of Westbourne’s deals. Development experience includes delivering an apartment development in Knightsbridge whilst development land trading deals include; purchase and sale of Whiteleys Shopping Centre and the purchase of Tesco’s development land portfolio with Meyer Bergman.
Richard has 20 years’ experience of complexCentral London development projects including both residential and commercial office-led mixed-use developments. Richard heads up the development team behind projects such as York Terrace East and The Boundary. He’s also responsible for conducting technical due diligence on potential land and site acquisitions. Previously Richard was a development director of CIT, Mace and was also one of the founding directors of Multiplex Developments UK.
Brendon heads up the development team for Auriens Chelsea where he is responsible for managing all real estate development activities. With over 15 years of Real Estate experience, Brendon is passionate about the design and delivery of high quality projects and has enjoyed the challenge of forging a new standard for the Later Living market, bringing an exciting energy and charm to the Auriens project. He is also the driving force behind the Heythrop project, which he is currently bringing through planning.
Duncan is an accomplished property development manager, specialising in the super-prime London sector, delivering projects of exceptional quality. Since joining in 2018 he has overseen completion of the basement box for the Auriens Chelsea development and negotiated the main contractor appointment. Day-to-day responsibilities include procurement of consultants and contractors, managing design to budget, maximising development value and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Nish researches and analyses existing and new opportunities. Other responsibilities include underwriting, financing and fundraising of new deals; building financial models, creating investment papers, pitching to lenders and third party investors. Nish joined Westbourne in 2018 from the Lloyds Bank Real Estate Team where he worked on a variety of investment and development debt financings on both a secured and unsecured basis. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and has passed CFA Level II.
